BREAKING: Aso Villa on Lock Down After Chief Of Staff to President Buhari, Abba Kyari, Tests Positive For Coronavirus, Garba Shehu, Babagana Kingibe and Others in Self-isolation
In a Report gathered, The Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, met with the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, Babagana Kingibe, Garba Shehu, and some other prominent member of the ‘cabal’ and Governor Yahaya Bello (Kogi state) in recent days.
On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu, tested positive for Coronavirus, which led to the shutdown of all activities in Aso Villa, Abuja, The Nation’s seat of power.
Confirmed report shows that Kyari was seriously ill and showing symptoms of being contacted with the Coronavirus after returning from trips to Germany and Egypt where the virus had killed dozens.
The decision to lockdown the Federal House, Aso Villa, according to reports, was to avoid the further spread of the virus especially after Kyari came in contact with high-ranking Presidency officials.
It has been confirmed that Kyari met with Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, Babagana Kingibe, a prominent member of the ‘cabal’ and Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello, after his arrival,
He also met with the richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote, and some other officials which includes, Governor Bello Masari of Katsina, Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, are among others that Kyari came in contact with after his arrival from his trip.
High ranking officials are now in Isolation as reported and according to findings, Kyari is currently being isolated for treatment at a guest chalet in the Defence House in Abuja.
The Office of the President is yet to issue an official statement on the situation.
